Are your products made in Ireland?

Yes. The vast bulk of our steps & ladders are made in Ireland. Some ladders, such as Waku ladders are made in Germany and imported by Dublin Ladders under a license agreement.  These products are also covered under our warranty program.  Our factory is based in Blanchardstown where we employ 7 metal workers and engineers.  Alongside our production facility we also operate a repairs workshop for customers who wish to get a ladder repaired or altered.  Our products are also despatched from this address.

Am I buying directly from the Manufacturer?

Yes.  We sell our products directly to the end user via our website.  We also have long term supply contracts with many small and large enterprises.  We do not supply 3rd party vendors or retailers.

What are your opening times?

The factory and sales counter are open Monday-Friday,  8.30am to 6.30 pm.  You can also contact PJ. Crawley outside of these times to organize a visit [Mob: 087-2581413].  If you prefer, you can buy & pay directly from our secure E-Commerce website.

Can I purchase spare parts for my ladder?

Yes. As manufacturers we always stock any spare part that a customer might require.  Small items can be posted directly to the customer.

How safe are ladder products purchased from Dublin Ladders?

We manufacture primarily for trades and professional use. Therefore, all our products must go through a rigorous testing and certification procedure.  The certificate is located on the side of the ladder.  Professional ladders also have a ladder tag, whereby the operator can record monthly/bi-annual checks.  We give the same attention and assurance to all of our domestic [household] ladder products.  ALL ladders sold by Dublin Ladders have a minimum safe working load of 150KG.  

Is my ladder guaranteed?

Yes. All our products are guaranteed against faults or flaws for a minimum period of one year. Many of our products carry a 5 year warranty.

What about items which are damaged on arrival?

These items will be immediately collected by our courier and replaced with the same product type.

How long does it take to receive my ladder when I buy it online or by phone?

Typically all ladders are delivered within 48 hours.  Some rural areas could take up to 72 hours but this is rare.

Can I track my delivery online?

Yes.  All our products are delivered by Capital Logistics.  We will provide you with a tracking code. Just log on to www.capitallogistics.ie and track the progress of your delivery.  We can also track it for you if you prefer.  We will send you regular text messages to update you on progress.  N.B.  All our drivers have mobile phones. We can text you the number of the specific driver and you can talk to him directly if you wish.

Do I have payment options?

Yes. We accept all major debit and credit cards, both online and by phone.  Your payment is always secure! Alternatively you can pay by bank transfer or request a cash-on-delivery payment.

I’m not technically minded, so how do I know what size ladder to buy?

Just ring one of our staff on 01-8222855 and we will talk you through the process.  We have a number of straightforward questions which will ensure that we sell you the correct model & size

Does Dublin Ladders store my data?

Never.  We are fully compliant with GDPR regulations.  We never store any credit card, bank or other information.  We won’t spam you and we won’t invade your privacy with marketing calls.  

Returns Policy

We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase.  However, if the product is unsuitable, you can return the product within 4 days of purchase.  Please note:  The product must be in its original packaging and not damaged or scratched.  Faulty or defective products will be replaced immediately.

Terms and Conditions

We aim to provide top quality products at competitive prices and with minimal delivery lead-times.  To that end, we have set out our Terms & Conditions in clear language.

Pricing and Payments
  1. All prices quoted on our website are in Euro.  Prices are valid on the day of purchase.  We are constantly monitoring market prices and updating our website to ensure that our customers receive the lowest price.
  2. Account holders: payment as per agreed terms [normally 30 days].
  3. Non-account holders[business & private]: Debit or Credit card payments/ electronic funds transfer. Cheques and bank drafts will also be accepted from regular customers.
  4. Invoices can be emailed to customer or sent via SMS or Whatsapp. This invoice will show the payment status.
Deliveries
  1. Local districts [within 15 kilometres of our shop] : free of charge
  2. Nationwide deliveries: maximum fee of €50.00.  This fee can be waived depending on the type of product purchased.
  3. Delivery time: 24-48 hours nationwide.
  4. Delivery times specified by customer: This service is available and can be easily arranged.  This requires us to share your telephone number with our courier service provider.
  5. Damaged or faulty goods: These items will be replaced immediately.
